Custom LED displays product design

A custom display begins with a shape, but a supplier also needs dimensions, mounting points and a clear description of which surfaces will show content. A brief that includes these details is easier to review than an image alone.

Name the form and show its dimensions

The BLC creative range covers circular screens, spheres, cubes, can-shaped displays and reception counters. The custom-shaped materials also describe arc forms and adaptable module geometry.

Provide a dimensioned sketch of the intended form. Identify the overall footprint and active display area separately. For a sphere, show the proposed mounting arrangement; for a counter, include the surfaces that must remain available for use.

Make installation part of the brief

Different forms have different mounting options. The circular-screen material lists wall and ceiling installation. The spherical range describes suspended, base-mounted and hemispherical arrangements. Cube displays list wall, suspended and floor mounting.

Choose the intended installation before asking for a finished configuration. Describe access limitations, supporting structures and any physical boundaries that the design must fit. Site-specific structural requirements should be agreed with the responsible installation team.

Explain the content workflow

Images, text and video appear across the creative-display materials, and the cube product includes app-based Wi-Fi content upload. For any custom project, confirm the control system attached to the selected model and how the final media will be arranged across the display surfaces.

Send sample content and describe whether each face should show the same message or a coordinated composition. Ask for the required canvas dimensions and file format before producing the final media.

Separate fixed requirements from preferences

  • Fixed requirements: installation envelope, location, mounting method and required display surfaces.
  • Content requirements: sample images or video, playback source and update workflow.
  • Preferences: desired shape treatment, visual references and optional controls.
  • Commercial scope: quantity, destination and requested delivery schedule.

Ask for a proposal identifying the dimensions, product configuration and included accessories. Review the current drawings and written scope before confirming an order. This gives both sides a specific design to discuss and revise.
